Person Of Interest Season 2 Episode 18

Yo, so im watching a lot of Tv Series like "Supernatural" , "Arrow" , etc , so i thought i should post the episodes for people that missed the original run on Tv.

Today is Person Of Interest , is a very good action pack show, revolves around the idea that the Goverment built a machine that spies on you everysecond of everyday in order to detect acts of terror but the machine detecs everything even small crimes, crimes that the Goverment dont care about so the main characters of the show tackle this small crimes. The Show is set in New York and is really worth watching.

Jack The Giant Slayer Review

Yo, today is the new movie "Jack The Giant Slayer" turn to be review.

Ok, so this movie comes in 2D and 3D, the later is a tiny little better and the 3D only really comes to life at the last 20 min or so of the movie and has a running time of 1hr 40min aprox.

The movie is a Hollywood take on the popular kids tale "Jack and the magic beans" ;the main idea of the film goes like this: Jack is in the market and gets into trouble by defending a young lady´s honor that turns out to be the princess who later in the night goes to Jack´s house in order to thank him then a big storm comes down and just so happens that some beans got inside his bag during the market incident this start to grow insainly quickly when are touched by water, a big plant stands in the place that now used to be his house taking the princess all the way to the top so now the King sends Jack and a group of knights to rescue the princess, without knowing what kind of danger is waiting for them on the top.

The film is very enterteining, and Nicholas Hoult (Jack) does a nice job playing a humble farmer boy, Ewan McGregor also brings a fresh performance, Stanley Tucci´s performance may come out too cliché and at times too exagerated but giving the fact that is a kid tale becomes understandable; my only real critique would be the ending ,without spoiling anything i will only say that it feels too rush, i was expecting some epic climax to the story.

Overall with good performances and a movie that shouldn´t be taken seriously "Jack the Giant Slayer" succeds at being a nice "weekend film" to watch in family, i give this a 7/10

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagan Review

Yo, today i will also be reviewing this anime and eventually upload the episodes but in the meantime i will only post the link to a page in where you can download the episodes , the host is Media Fire so if you have a download manager you can download the entire series in about and 1 hr or so.

Ok, so where do i start? this anime is really different from the others, is a little old, its been out for awhile but it remains relevant even now; Gurren Lagan is essentially an anime with "Mechas", giant ass robots like the ones in Gundam Wing with the exception that the mechas here look like animals, yu know Transformers look like cars here they look like animals, anyway at the beginning of the story we meet a little kid named Simon, he lives in a small town underground, just like all the humans, yes for some reason the humans are bound to live underground forever with no sun or glimpse of the sky whatsoever, so what they do is they dig, they dig in order to expand their towns underground, Simon job is that and he comes with a treasure during his digging, a little drill that looks like a keychain, eventually he meets with Kamina a very energetic guy that acts like an older brother to Simon and his only desire is to go  to the surface and join his father in father adventure he is in so Kamina and Simon along a group of guys come uo with a really stupid idea to go to the surface long story short it didnt work out and Kamina got arrested and sent to jail, Simon on the other hand goes back to digging in order to find more about the drill he found, he then goes to kamina and rescue him from jail so he could see what Simon had found But a big eartquake comes and teared the "roof" of the city, a big mecha comes in or "Ganmen"  as the anime calls them, and starts making a ruckus, Kamina is a very brave guy and tries to face it but is not enough so out of nowhere a chick named Yoko comes out firing a sniper, Simon takes everyone to his finding wich ended up being a smaller version of a Ganmen, defeats the enemy big explosions and all and they end up on the surface.

That´s roughly the first episode, the anime focus on the Rebelion that Kamina starts against the human-beast(the ones piloting the Ganmen) so the humans can live on the surface again.

The anime is very very unrealistic, a lot of fantasy and silly attitudes, nevertheless is worth mentioning the fact that it has won several awards so people actually enjoyed this anime, but unfortunately im not one of them.

this is only MY take on the anime, there are three main characters, Yoko, Simon and Kamina, Yoko is very useless she does practically nothing throughout the whole series, she only uses a Ganmen about three times and shes not particulary outstanding at it, her rifle becomes harmless to the Ganmen at episode 3 or 5 and never cares about it, she becomes only the eye candy for the male audience wich is very frustrating giving the fact that there was potential for her; Simon on the other hand is better he is a very easily scared kid but he overcomes that very nicely, Kamina is very reckless and i didnt really care much about him, i like him but not enough to feel something genuine for him.

The anime has two arcs the first one goes from episode 1-15 and is focus on the rebelion and the second arc is from episodes 17-27 and is seven years after the rebelion, episode 16 being a mashup episode, once you start the second arc everyone is different is almost like watching a whole different anime, Simon is no longer a scared little kid and Yoko left town to do God knows what, this is where i realised how much i dislike this anime, with two of the main characters being left out the anime fell flat Simon alone cant carry the whole show, Yoko is "MIA" and when she comes back is almost the end of the series and again she is useless, the fighting scenes become so unrealistic and so stupid (a ganmen inside a ganmen inside a ganmen inside a ganmen?! really?!) , the side characters have no personality or very little of it that you dont even care who is who, the only thing that is good about the anime is the plot once you get the whole explanation.

Overral this anime is praised by many mainly because it gives the message "if you try your hardest everything is possible" and i agree with that but the way that is portrayed comes out as stupid and so over the top with characters that feel flat and useless i give this a 4/10.
